  • Review Architectural designs in the following stages related to fire & life safety matters and provide professional advise related to fire & life safety matters in the following stages in accordance with NFPA-101 - Life Safety Code, NFPA-5000 - Building Construction and Safety code and National & International Building Codes applicable:

  •  Conceptual design stage,

  •  Schematic design stage,

  •  Preliminary engineering stage,

  •  Detailed engineering stage.

  • Preparation of Fire & Life Safety strategy reports for projects in design & execution stages in accordance with NFPA-101 - Life Safety Code, NFPA-5000 - Building Construction and Safety code and National & International Building Codes applicable.

  • Preparation of occupant load calculation based on the NFPA-101, Life Safety Code.

  • Preparation passive fire safety plans and fire compartment design in accordance with NFPA-101 & NFPA-5000 and local Authority Having Jurisdiction requirements.

  • Preparation of Emergency evacuation plans in accordance with NFPA-101 and local Authority Having Jurisdiction requirements.

  • Study & Review Fire / Smoke compartmentation and smoke managements system design drawings.

  • Review and ensure the provisions of fire department accessibility as per NFPA-5000 and local fire department requirements.
